Employees may donate any amount of vacation leave, provided the donation does not reduce their vacation leave balance below 80 hours after the transfer.

Employees with accrued sick leave may donate any amount that does not reduce the donor’s sick leave balance to fewer than 176 hours after the transfer. Any amount of personal holiday leave balance may be donated.
