Ralph Munro begins term as WWU trustee | The Bellingham Herald

Former Secretary of State Ralph Munro has begun a term on the board of trustees for Western Washington University. Munro was appointed by Gov. Chris Gregoire for a four-year term that began this month at the school where he graduated in 1966 with a degree in education. He was elected secretary of state in 1980 and served for more than 20 years.
