Applications for Western Washington University faculty and staff parking permits for the 2012-13 school year will be considered late after 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 11.
Western employees may apply for regular permits (quarterly, academic year or annual), commuter packs and carpool permits (the person holding the permit will apply and list all members).
Applicants must register their current vehicle license plate when applying. License plate information is required to obtain a permit.
Those who have a payroll deduction form on file with Parking Services need only complete the parking application form. Others will need to fill out the permit application and the payroll deduction form.
Late applications will result in the applicant’s days of employment not being considered during the assigning process and may result in a 12A lot assignment. Those who do not receive their first choice of lots will be placed automatically on the wait list for that lot. All wait list notifications will be made to the applicant’s WWU email address.
Applicants will not receive any information about assignments until early September, when invoices for the permits are emailed to WWU email accounts.
Faculty and staff who do not have access to a computer may complete an application at the Parking Office in the Campus Services Building at 2001 Bill McDonald Parkway.
Those with special requests or who need further assistance may call Parking Services at (360) 650-2945 or send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
