Vikings win on home court | The Bellingham Herald

Eleven points is eleven points, no matter how you score them. On Saturday, Jan. 16, at Carver Gym, senior guard Harold McAllister took 11 shots from the free throw line in the second half and hit them all as the Western Washington men's basketball team ran away with an 87-71 Greater Northwest Athletic Conference win over Alaska Fairbanks. McAllister's trips to the foul line, and those of his teammates, were a frequent occurrence after the half, with the Vikings going 18 for 23 from the line as Alaska Fairbanks tried to play catch-up after falling behind early in the game.
