W. Washington has won 24 straight against D-II foes

The most important game in the longest winning streak in Western Washington hoops history just might have been a loss. Yeah, you read that right. The Vikings have won a school-record 24 consecutive games against NCAA Division-II competition dating back to their national championship run last March. Mixed in that streak are two exhibition losses at the beginning of this season to Division-I schools -- the University of Washington and Duke.
