WWU Employee Wellness Program announces class schedule for spring quarter
The Wellness Program at Western Washington University has announced the class schedule for spring quarter.
All classes are from noon to 1 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Click on the name of each class for more information or to sign up.
- Morning Flow Yoga in Carver Gym (7 to 8 a.m.)
- Hatha Yoga in Carver Gym
- Aerobics & Fitness Class in Carver Gym
- Water Aerobics in Carver Pool
- Lap Swim in Carver Pool (Noon to 1 p.m. and 1 to 2 p.m.)
- Fitness Class at 32nd Street
- Hatha Yoga at 32nd Street (Noon to 1 p.m. and 1 to 2 p.m.)
