Space still available in spring wellness classes

Space is still available in the spring quarter exercise classes offered through the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program at Western Washington University.

There is still room in the 32nd Street 1-2 Yoga, Lap Swims, Water Aerobics, Fitness/Aerobics class and Morning Flow Yoga. Click on a class to find out more information and to reserve a spot in the class.

Anyone interested in a Worksite Weight Watchers at WWU should send an e-mail message to the Wellness Program for more information.
