Wellness Program to begin Walking for Wellness Challenge

New from the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program is the Walking for Wellness Challenge. Those interested in participating should form a walking group of two or more people and come up with a team name, then send the name along with the team members' names to the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program. After each walk you take as a group during the work week (Monday through Friday), you will submit the total time that you walked to the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program.

The Faculty & Staff Wellness Team will log your minutes, and at the end of the quarter the team who walked the most minutes will be announced. The winning team will receive a prize from the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program. The competition begins Monday, April 5, and ends Monday, June 7.
