Candidates for University Residences director to visit campus this month

Three strongly qualified candidates for the position of director of University Residences have been invited to the Western Washington University campus for interviews beginning Jan. 22.

This is an important university-wide leadership position, and Eileen Coughlin, vice president for Enrollment and Student Services, encourages active participation by the campus community.

  • Jan. 22 and 23: Thomas (T. J. ) Brecciaroli is director of Residence Life at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Penn. A university-wide open forum is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, in Viking Union Room 462A.
  • Jan. 28  and 29: John Yaun is director of Housing and Residence Life at Marshall University in Huntington, W.V. A university-wide open forum  is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, in Viking Union Room 462A.
  • Jan. 31 and Feb. 1: Leonard Jones most recently was director of Residential Programs and Housing Operations at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y. A university-wide open forum is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in Viking Union Room 567.
