Flags at Washington state agency facilities should remain at half-staff until late Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 18, following the burial of former Gov. Albert Rosellini, or first thing Wednesday morning, Oct. 19.

Flags have been at half-staff since Rosellini died on Monday, Oct. 10, at the age of 101.
