As so few students were able to attend the Oct. 26 forum on the HigherOne Choice Card, the Refunding Program Task Force at Western Washington University will hold a second forum from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 17 on the 6th floor of the Viking Union.

The task force was created to gather input from students and make recommendations regarding what the university can change about the HigherOne refunding program in order to provide better service to students.
