Summer Viking Xpress bus passes for faculty and staff go on sale Monday, June 6, and will be valid for use beginning June 20. The employee cost is $40.
Permanent WWU employees choosing to purchase a bus pass through payroll deduction can use the online request form. After the form is processed, your pass will be mailed to your mailstop.
Those not eligible for or who do not want to use payroll deduction can print the paper form and mail it to the Sustainable Transportation Office at mailstop 9197. After forms are received, Sustainable Transportation will put a charge on your account, and you may pay at the cashier’s office. Then, please call (360) 650-7960 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you have paid, and we can arrange a time for you to pick up your bus pass or send it to you in campus mail.
