Derrick Webb may not have traveled down the easiest roads growing up, but his story seems set for a happy ending. Webb, a South Kitsap product, is heading into the stretch run of his basketball career at Western Washington University. He's going out as a captain, the team's leading scorer and probably with a playoff run. This season has been a nice rebound for Webb, whose run of basketball excellence was stalled by a broken wrist.
